Drafting: Charisma+Leadership x10
Training: War+Intellect
Feeding: Intellect+Charisma
Drafting:
Drafting occurs in the barracks, and increases the number of troops in garrison at the city, troops may be transported freely throughout a kingdom at the cost of one work privilege.
Training: Increases the troop effectiveness, at the cost of 35 Starvation points.
Feeding: Keep your troops going, if their starvation level goes below 200, you will lose 10% of your troops every two days.
