Here you can feed your starving choice, or let them starve and lose 10% of your troops every two days. It's important to keep your troops going or they will die as stated above, more specifically if their Starvation level goes under 200
The formula for this is quite simple, it's Intellect+Charisma. So if I were Cao Zhi then it would be 85+79=164
